I beat Okami

I actually beat it like 2 weeks ago... and I've been playing it on and off for about a year now... it took me 40 hours (probably could've done it faster if I hadn't searched for stray beads and failed so many times at those ridiculous Susano slash scenes).

What an awesome game. Now I'm debating on whether or not to bother beating it again with the sparkly new game option. Anyone think it's worth it? I'll probably revisit it down the road....

Wii Gloves

Why haven't they developed Wii gloves yet? And I'm not talking about those shoddy boxing gloves or weighted gloves labeled "Wii Gloves" for use with the balance board.

I'm not even talking about a power glove (as "bad" as it is/was).

I'm talking about gloves that have sensors in the finger tips. The Wii would be able to sense if you're making a fist, pointing (and which finger you're pointing with), or have your palm open (face up or face down). Imagine how crazy a game of Wario Ware would be then? That's only the beginning.

Apparently I'm not the only one who has thought of this idea. But what's stopping them?

Just an update

So I read my last post about Harvest Moon and it made me laugh at how silly I was to be "overwhelmed" with a videogame. Then again, I haven't played it since that post. My sister-in-law Shannon played it, got hooked, so naturally I had to let her borrow it. It's totally fine, because I have quite a few games to catch up on / complete.

I'm just gonna write a list to make things easier:

-Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World (I'm on Chapter 8 of 8... so close)

-Super Mario Galaxy (I'd say I'm about 1/2 way done with this)

-No More Heroes (Also 1/2 way done with it. I gotta finish this sooner than later because I REALLY want to play the sequel)

-Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (I only started this one... nowhere near finishing it. It'll get done.)

-Okami (I think I'm about 1/2 way done with this, too...)

-Castlevania: Circle of the Moon (I just have to kill Dracula, but I got my ass kicked, so I have to level up quite a bit)

That about wraps it up. Ugh. There are so many new games I want to try/play, but I feel some sort of obligation to finish these first. At least a few of them...

Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility

First off, this game is 100 times better than Animal Crossing. Yes, it's a bit annoying that every 5 seconds in real life is 10 minutes in the game, but you learn to deal. I rented it twice, then decided to buy it ($30 at Gamestop, why not?). I also reserved the New Super Mario Bros. in the process.

My problem now is that I've got to take care of 3 plots of farmland, 6 chickens, 2 ducks, 4 silkworms, 2 goats, 2 sheep and an ostrich. It's sad to say this about a videogame, but it's overwhelming. I'm hoping to get married and make my wife take on some of the responsibility. Then we'll have a kid and I can pass even more chores off onto him or her.
