Let me start by saying I am hopeful that this really works and takes off.
I am creating this blog in hopes that a social network of sorts will form organically. Sure, this could be done through MySpace or Facebook, but I think it'd work best as a blog. Besides, the real point is to play with people you actually know.

I want to get a jump start on Wii games that have online capabilities. I want to have a place I can play people I know, or know through a friend. While online capabilities have taken gaming to a much awaited level, online gaming has become so incredibly faceless at times that it loses its original purpose. If I wanted to fight/race/play against an anonymous player, a CPU will do just fine. Some may argue that even an anonymous player brings more of a challenge than a CPU, but that's not the point.
The point is I want to form a group of people who want to play Wii together and perhaps know each other. Is that too much to ask?
So I guess how this will work is I will slowly but surely add authors to this blog who will then trade Wii codes with each other, and we'll all play together online. Woo hoo!
